Palisade Impact was established in 2021 and is focused on unlisted investments that intentionally target solutions to environmental and social challenges while delivering strong risk-adjusted returns. Palisade Impact provides practical solutions to these issues, by investing in next generation infrastructure and infrastructure-like assets and businesses that provide essential services, supporting the future economy.
Palisade Impact takes a cross-sector approach to driving the race to zero: zero emissions, zero waste and zero inequality. These themes, together with changing technology and policy, provide a large opportunity to invest in a greener, smarter, more equitable, connected infrastructure of the future.
Palisade Impact is an active manager, seeking effective control through board representation and strategic support of our portfolio companies. Our boards bring more than 100 years of combined experience across our focus sectors. Palisade Impact will seek to help achieve the race to zero by investing in next generation infrastructure and delivering change to those investments by providing differentiated capital, actively implementing initiatives that assist with the race to zero and periodically measuring progress against those targets.
Palisade Impact is majority owned by the executive team, ensuring strong alignment with investors. The firm commits 1% of profits to the PNI Foundation and a further 1% to Tideline, its long-term impact partner, supporting the continued growth and development of the impact investing industry.
In 2025, Palisade Impact was proud to announce a new partnership with the PNI Foundation and You Matter, a Victorian based charity dedicated to supporting women and children impacted by family violence.
Through this partnership, Palisade Impact and the PNI Foundation will support the development of a new program focused on furnishing transitional housing for women and families as they move from crisis to stability. The initiative responds to Victoria’s growing housing pressures and the increasing number of women and children spending extended periods in transitional accommodation.
You Matter works closely with specialist support agencies to prepare safe, fully furnished homes that are immediately liveable. From furniture and household essentials to pantry items, linen and décor, each home is carefully set up to provide comfort, dignity and a sense of safety at a critical point in recovery.
