Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS) is a dedicated management services business, staffed by an experienced team of hands-on operators, engineers, accountants and general managers with real life, practical engineering, operational, maintenance, commercial, finance and general management experience.
PIMS has grown strongly since its establishment in 2015 to now directly manage (as the internal management team) nine standalone, independent businesses valued at approximately $3b. The PIMS portfolio includes three wind farms, a solar farm, two gas transmission pipelines and a power station. PIMS is focused on improving asset performance through:
- “Maximising Returns Safely” – our primary focus and the fundamental reason we exist
- Practical application of Environment, Social and Governance to ensure employee buy-in
- Developing an empowered team culture where employees are prepared to challenge
- Best practice operations, engineering, maintenance and asset management
- Developing long term relationships with strategic partners, O&M providers and stakeholders
- Challenging past practices and identifying business improvement opportunities
PIMS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Palisade. Palisade provides additional support and oversight to PIMS where required at nil cost. It does not make a profit nor receive dividends from PIMS. The close working relationship between PIMS and Palisade has proven invaluable where opportunities have arisen to grow the businesses managed by PIMS through the investment of additional investor funds.

The ‘Zero Harm’ safety initiative has been used extensively by many other companies for several years. Safety is more than just a statistic for PIMS – the Zero Harm message can cause organisations to focus purely on numbers rather than on behaviours and culture. PIMS has moved on from the Zero Harm mindset as it has lost its impact and is now setting a new standard in keeping our people safe and protecting the environment. Palisade actively supports health initiatives to enhance the well-being of all personnel through employee assistance programs, general wellness support, and open discussions about serious issues such as mental health.
