INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Delorean Corporation is a developer, constructor and operator of anaerobic digestion facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
- Delorean has constructed, commissioned and operated the Jandakot Bioenergy Plant in Western Australia, Ecogas NZ Bioenergy Plant in New Zealand and the Blue Lake Milling Bioenergy Plant in South Australia.
- Delorean has identified a future pipeline of projects which it intends to develop, construct, operate and own. This includes two late-stage development projects over which PI has investment rights: SA 1 Salisbury Bioenergy Plant (SA 1) and VIC 1 Stanhope Bioenergy Plant (VIC 1).
- Palisade Impact and Delorean have agreed in-principle commercial terms for the funding of Delorean’s SA1 and VIC 1 AD Projects. Subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence on the SA 1 and VIC 1 AD projects, Palisade Impact will fund 100% of the costs of each project and receive a fixed 12% preference return and a 50% ordinary equity interest. Palisade Impact also has rights in relation to a further three projects in Delorean’s pipeline.
