Palisade has expanded its Investment Committee with the appointment of Steve MacDonald as an independent member. Steve is currently the Managing Director of the Zinfra Group, a leading service provider to the utility infrastructure sectors delivering a comprehensive range of engineering, operations, maintenance and construction services.
Steve has extensive industry experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, telecommunications, water & waste water, roads & rail, public transport and the oil & gas sectors. Previously Steve spent 26 years with Transfield Services (now Broadspectrum) in various functions including Chief Executive Marketing and Investments, Chief Executive Officer of Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund, Chief Strategy Officer of Transfield Services, Chief Executive Officer of Transfield Construction and Chief Executive Officer of Yarra Trams.
