Vihan is a member of Palisade Infrastructure’s North American platform, having joined in November 2023. He is involved in the origination, transaction execution and asset management of the investments in its North American portfolio and is a board observer on its PureSky Energy and Lightcurve fiber platform businesses.

Prior to joining Palisade, Vihan was a part of the Energy & Infrastructure team at Macquarie Capital in New York, focusing on M&A advisory across the renewables, utilities and transport sectors. Vihan was responsible for the preparation of detailed financial models and analysis, due diligence and transaction management.

Before joining Macquarie Capital, Vihan worked for Prudential Private Capital’s Global Power team where he started as a graduate. He was responsible for structured credit and equity investments in the renewables space along with ongoing asset management.

Vihan holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance and Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas.
