Thomas joined Palisade Real Assets UK as a Managing Director in 2022, focusing on the strategic delivery, sustainability, innovation and growth and industry engagement. Thomas is a member of the board of directors at BioticNRG Ltd, Palisade Real Assets’ bioenergy vehicle.

As an industry veteran Thomas has 18 years of experience across all areas of the anaerobic digestion sector covering plant development, planning and design, installation and operations, investment, growth and innovation. Thomas developed and operated the Bore Hill Farm Biodigester known as Malaby Biogas.

Thomas is active as an ambassador for the business and industry champion sitting on advisory boards and working groups with the UK Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA), a founding member of the World Biogas Association (WBA), the Renewable Energy Association’s (REA) Green Gas Forum and Digestate Working Group, the International Energy Association’s Task 37 biogas group.
