Steve is an independent member of the Palisade Investment Committee and Palisade Real Assets Investment Committee

Steve is an experienced company senior executive and Board Director who, over his 40 year career, has worked across the power generation, transmission and distribution, telecommunications, water & waste water, roads & rail, public transport and the oil & gas sectors.

Steve is the Chair of Intera Renewables, a Director of Ausgrid and a member of the WaterNSW Asset Advisory Group. In his former executive career Steve was Managing Director of the Zinfra Group, a leading service provider to the utility infrastructure sectors. Prior to this Steve was at Transfield Services where he was responsible for leading their infrastructure fund (TSI) through its IPO, before taking on the role of Chief Executive Marketing and Investments.

Steve has previously held board positions with Snowtown Windfarm 2, Ratchaburi Australia Corp Limited, Transfield Worley Power Services, Yarra Trams, Australia Centre for Renewable Energy (ACRE) and the Clean Energy Council (CEC).

Steve holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
