As an Asset Engineer, Renewables for Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Shyam is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the PIMS portfolio of renewable assets, including the transition of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from construction into operations.

Shyam has several years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on grid compliance, asset commissioning, and performance optimisation. Prior to joining PIMS, Shyam provided hands-on operational and technical support to wind and hydro assets at Foresight Group, where he executed grid compliance verification, supported HV/LV equipment commissioning, and conducted data-driven reliability improvements. Previously, at Pacific Solar, he led electrical design and regulatory compliance processes for commercial solar projects, and gained foundational building services engineering experience at Stantec.

Shyam holds a Master of Advanced Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
