Roger Lloyd

Roger joined Palisade in 2008 and is the Executive Chairman. Roger is also a director on the boards of each of the Palisade Group companies.

Prior to joining Palisade Roger held leadership roles with Perpetual Investments, including as Head of Infrastructure, Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust, where he focused on infrastructure advisory. He also worked at Ferrier Hodgson and Price Waterhouse.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Business from Kuring-Gai College (now University of Technology Sydney), qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
