Executive Assistant to CEO, Office Manager

As Executive Assistant to the CEO of Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Mia provides administrative support to the broader business.

In addition to her EA responsibilities, Mia also takes on project administration, project payment certificates and budget tracking for Palisade’s major construction projects and Board administration for the PIMS asset boards

With 14 years’ Executive Assistant and Business Executive Support roles, Mia brings exceptional time management, organisational and communications skills to PIMS and plays a key role in the smooth running of the business. This proactive approach allows the key business leaders to focus their time on value add activities ensuring the day to day administrative needs of the business are being properly managed.

Prior to joining PIMS, Mia had been working in the mining and resources sector in Project Administrative roles with responsibility for all aspects including project document control and coordinating project milestone design reviews, travel and workshops.

Mia holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and Certificate in Governance Practice.
