Lauren joined Palisade in 2017 and is the Business Administration Manager, responsible for firm‑wide business improvement initiatives, investor onboarding and AML/KYC processes, risk and compliance administration, investor relations events, SharePoint governance, and IT and technology projects.

Lauren also supports governance through her involvement with the Management Investment Committee and Valuation Committee and is a member of the ESG Working Group.

Prior to joining Palisade, Lauren worked in legal and senior executive support roles at Johnson Winter & Slattery Lawyers, Jones Lang LaSalle and BDO Australia.

Lauren holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and is currently completing a Double Diploma in Business (Business Development) and Leadership & Management.
