Kirstine Damkjaer

Kirstine is an independent member of the Palisade Real Assets Investment Committee.

Kirstine is currently Chief Investment Officer of ILX Management B.V. She previously served as UN Assistant Secretary‑General and Deputy Executive Director at UNOPS as well as Chief Executive Officer of EKF – the Danish Export Credit Agency. She has held several senior investment and leadership roles within the World Bank Group, including Global Head of Equity and Chief Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Principal with the World Bank Treasury, Pension and Endowment. She has served as board member and chair in several financial institutions, asset managers and industrial companies. She graduated from University of Aarhus, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds executive trainings from MIT, Stanford, Copenhagen Business School.
