As Finance Manager at Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Josh oversees the financial operations, reporting, and compliance of multiple PIMS assets. His responsibilities include cash flow management, budgeting, management reporting, debt compliance, and board engagement.

Josh has 8 years of accounting and finance experience and previously worked for a private equity fund where he oversaw portfolio company finances, fund reporting, and compliance. Prior to that, he managed the finance function of a private investment group in the resources sector and has also worked in public practice, providing tax and financial reporting services to a diverse client base.

Josh is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is currently undertaking a Master of Business (Applied Finance) at Queensland University of Technology.
