As Financial Controller at Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Josh oversees the financial operations, reporting, and compliance of multiple PIMS assets. He engages directly with Board members and executive management to support strategic decision making and ensure all financial compliance obligations are met. His key responsibilities include management reporting, corporate secretarial duties, cash flow management, debt compliance and budgeting.

Josh has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. He previously worked for a private equity fund where he was responsible for overseeing the finance functions and reporting of portfolio companies, as well as fund-level reporting and compliance. Prior to this, he managed the finance function of a private investment group in the resources sector and has also worked in public practice, providing tax and financial reporting services to a diverse client base.

Josh is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is currently completing a Master of Applied Finance at Queensland University of Technology.
