Joseph is based in New York and is a member of Palisade’s North American business, having joined in August 2025. He is involved in the origination, transaction execution and asset management of the investments in North America.

Prior to joining Palisade, Joseph was a Director in the Infrastructure Equity team at UBS Asset Management, where he focused on middle-market private equity investments in the Americas. At UBS, he was responsible for leading transaction execution and managing value creation initiatives across the firm’s investments.

Before UBS, Joseph was a member of the Infrastructure and Energy investment team at Rosewood Investment Corporation, where he focused on direct and co-investment transactions for a global private equity mandate. He previously worked on Starwood Property Trust’s Infrastructure Finance team, where he focused on project finance underwriting and portfolio management in the power and energy sectors.

Joseph began his career at Chickasaw Capital Management, where he served as a research analyst conducting company and market research in the energy sector. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business (majors in Accounting and Finance) from Indiana University.
