Jonathan is a member of Palisade Infrastructure’s North American platform, having been part of its establishment since 2021. He is involved in the origination, transaction execution and asset management of the investments in its North American portfolio and is a board observer on its PureSky Energy and Lightcurve fiber platform businesses.

Jonathan has been with Palisade Infrastructure Group since August 2020, and was previously involved in asset acquisitions and management for various portfolio assets in the firm’s Australian business.

Prior to joining Palisade, Jonathan was a Manager at Macquarie Asset Management working in their unlisted infrastructure team, with a focus on transaction origination in the renewable and utilities sectors. Jonathan was responsible for the preparation of detailed financial models and analysis, asset due diligence and investment committee papers.

Before joining the unlisted infrastructure team, Jonathan worked for Atlas Arteria (previously a Macquarie managed fund until its internalisation), an ASX listed toll road infrastructure fund. He was responsible for the ongoing asset management of a French toll road asset, portfolio management and transaction support.

Prior to joining Macquarie Asset Management, Jonathan worked across various finance teams at Macquarie Group where he started as a graduate.

Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant, has completed Level I of the CFA Program and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sydney.
