James joined Palisade in August 2014, with a focus on asset origination, acquisition and management, particularly in relation to social infrastructure assets.

Immediately prior to joining Palisade, James spent five years with Amber Infrastructure Group advising on principal investment decisions for equity and debt instruments in PPP/PFI projects specifically in the Health, Utilities, Transport, Public Housing, Education, Entertainment and Justice sectors.

Prior to joining Amber Infrastructure, James was an analyst and contracts manager at Babcock and Brown working in the infrastructure investment and advisory team.

Previous employment includes 3 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the Structured Finance post deal management team managing a number of complex multi asset cross border leasing transactions.

James holds a Masters of Business (Finance) from Bond University, a Bachelor of Business from the Australian Catholic University, Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
