Irene Lee

Irene joined Palisade in July 2024, where she focuses on asset acquisition and management.

Prior to joining Palisade, Irene was a Senior Investment Analyst in Squadron Energy’s Capital Markets and Investment team, supporting the development of its 14GW pipeline, particularly late-stage projects, and contributing to corporate capital markets strategy and deal origination.

Before Squadron, Irene was a Senior Associate in the Energy Transition M&A team at PwC, where she provided commercial and financial advisory across transactions in the renewables and infrastructure sectors. She was also part of PwC Australia’s Korean and Japanese Desk, facilitating cross-border engagement by supporting Korean and Japanese investors in understanding and entering the Australian energy market.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Studies, majoring in Finance and Economics from the University of Sydney.
