Heidi joined Palisade Impact in April 2026 as a Principal, focusing on investment origination, execution, and portfolio management. She currently serves as a Director of Energy Locals.

Heidi has over 15 years of experience in private equity and unlisted assets. Prior to joining Palisade Impact, she held senior investment roles at CPE Capital, CHAMP Private Equity, and Castle Harlan in New York. Most recently, Heidi was an Investment Manager within the Unlisted Assets team at HESTA, where she focused on private equity, infrastructure, and affordable housing investments. She also previously oversaw the operations and portfolio management of a private investment fund.

Her experience covers the investment lifecycle across a range of sectors including industrials, energy, infrastructure, and consumer goods. Heidi was a member of the deal teams for three award-winning transactions recognized by AVCAL (now the Australian Investment Council).

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Quantitative Finance (High Distinction) from the University of Western Australia.
