Fiona McIntyre

Fiona is an independent member of the Palisade Investment Committee.

Fiona is currently the Chief Finance and Investments Officer at RWE Renewables Australia.  Prior to this, Fiona was a Partner at PwC in the Energy Transition M&A Deals team.

Before joining PwC, Fiona served as the Global Head of Energy & Utilities within Corporate & Institutional Banking at NAB. In this role, she led the strategy and managed a team responsible for client relationships and deal activity across the energy, utilities, infrastructure and renewables sectors. She held this leadership position for 15 years.

Earlier in her career, Fiona worked at the Toronto-Dominion Bank, specialising in corporate and project finance for clients in the media and telecommunications sectors.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, and a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
