As Compliance Coordinator of Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Diane oversees the compliance management system ensuring we meet and exceed our Environmental, Social and Governance requirements whilst also ensuring we comply with all our contractual and regulatory obligations. She has overall ownership of the PIMS internal audit program and the document management system.

Diane is a highly experienced compliance professional with over 25 years’ experience in various compliance roles specialising in ISO 9001 Quality management system implementation and maintenance. Diane brings a strong process driven focus with a high attention to detail. Having previously been the relationship manager for a government contract she also has a wealth of experience in managing adherence to contractual obligations, and ensuring compliance to government regulations and laws are met. Diane holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Tasmanian.
