As an asset performance engineer for Palisade Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Cindy is responsible for monitoring and optimising the performance of PIMS’ renewable energy portfolio. Her responsibilities include technical and commercial performance analysis, assessment of contractor performance reports, and preparation of board and stakeholder reporting.

Cindy has more than four years’ experience in renewable energy asset operations and management across the National Electricity Market (NEM). She has developed strong expertise in asset performance assessment and optimisation, supporting informed decision-making and the delivery of long-term value from renewable energy assets.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science (Electrical System Engineering) and a Master of Energy Systems from the University of Melbourne.
