Ben Malone

Ben joined Palisade in 2017 and is responsible for Palisade’s legal affairs and supporting the investment team with transaction execution and asset management. ​

Ben joined Palisade from Gilbert + Tobin where he was a Senior Lawyer focussed on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and commercial transactions in relation to energy and infrastructure assets. ​

Prior to joining Gilbert +Tobin, Ben was a Senior Associate in the energy and infrastructure team at Allen & Overy in London. During that time he was seconded to the London office of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets for six months, principally advising their European infrastructure funds on acquisitions and disposals. Ben started his career at MinterEllison in Sydney.​

Ben is admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales. ​

Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. Ben also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
