Ben Lee

As Senior Commercial Manager of Palisades Integrated Management Services (PIMS), Ben is responsible for managing and developing new customer relationships, managing existing contracts, and overseeing strategic matters to enhance overall portfolio performance.

Ben has over 15 years of commercial and investments experience, specialising in infrastructure. Ben was most recently at AusNet Services, where he was responsible for the financial and commercial aspects of greenfield transmission development opportunities assisting generators in connecting to the electricity grid.

Prior to this, Ben worked at UniSuper, where he was responsible for origination and ongoing asset management of infrastructure investments, as well as KPMG where he began his career.

Ben’s competencies include commercial negotiations, transaction structuring, financial modelling, and asset management.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts (Monash University), and a Masters of Applied Finance (Kaplan). Ben is a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand
