Annabel joined Palisade in October 2021 and supports Palisade’s investment team with transaction execution and asset management and assists with managing Palisade’s legal affairs.

Prior to joining Palisade, Annabel was a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate Advisory team at Gilbert + Tobin, advising private equity funds and ASX-listed entities on acquisitions and disposals, equity raisings and general corporate matters across a variety of sectors. While at Gilbert + Tobin, Annabel spent 12 months on secondment to United Malt Group, a global manufacturer and distributor of malt products (previously part of GrainCorp), where she was acting General Counsel advising on acquisitions, major projects, and commercial contracts.

Annabel started her career at MinterEllison and worked in the Corporate (M&A) team in Sydney for several years.

Annabel is admitted as a Solicitor in Victoria.

Annabel holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Political Science) from the University of Queensland.
