Andrea joined Palisade in February 2025 and assists with managing Palisade’s legal affairs and supporting the investment team on a range of matters.

Prior to joining Palisade, Andrea spent several years in the Corporate Advisory team at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney. She has experience acting for clients in a range of sectors on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and other commercial transactions, and advising on general corporate law and regulatory matters.

Andrea is admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
