Allison Williams

Allison Williams joined Palisade Real Assets as an Associate in September 2025, supporting the firm’s investment and operations functions.

Prior to this, Allison spent three years at Ancala Partners where she contributed to the execution of numerous European mid-market infrastructure transactions across sectors including biogas / anaerobic digestion, biomass, smart meters, and mobile towers. She started her career at CBRE Global Infrastructure, where she worked across the direct and indirect investment teams in both Toronto and London.

Allison received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
