As Head of People – Group, Alex partners with executive teams across PRA UK, EMSL and selected portfolio businesses. She has over 12 years’ experience in HR and talent across investor-backed, international and operational businesses.

Her work focuses on ensuring organisations have the leadership, structures and capability needed to support growth and long-term value creation. She advises on organisational design, talent and succession, performance and reward, and people governance, aligning people decisions with commercial priorities and business risk.

Before joining the group in 2023, Alex was HR and Talent Director for an international specialist recruitment and training group serving the technology and energy sectors. There, she led the people function through significant growth, international expansion and private equity investment. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles within manufacturing and engineering, alongside specialist experience in talent attraction and acquisition.

Alex is CIPD qualified and also holds qualifications in ESG, project management, and coaching and mentoring.
