Ajay joined Palisade in April 2024 as a member of the Impact team, with a focus on asset acquisition and management.

Prior to joining Palisade, Ajay was a Manager at QIC Ltd focused on originating, executing, and managing infrastructure private equity transactions across the transport, energy and utilities, and social infrastructure sectors. Ajay’s responsibilities spanned across business plan formation, due diligence and financial analysis, client engagement, and investment committee presentations. As part of his asset management responsibilities, Ajay also completed a secondment at Hobart Airport to help deliver on the company’s strategic and operational initiatives. Before joining QIC Ltd, Ajay was a Manager in the project finance team at ANZ Banking Group, responsible for executing and managing debt financings for renewables, transport, PPPs, digital, and other infrastructure assets.

Ajay holds of a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the University of New South Wales.
